On Operational Ground. 15.4.1. Maha-Metro reserves the right to terminate the License Agreement by giving three months advance notice on operational ground. The License agreement shall stand terminated after expiry of three months notice and the Security Deposit shall be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues, if any, payable by the Licensee. The Licensee voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation, damages or any other consideration whatsoever on any ground in this regard.
On Operational Ground. DMRC reserve the rights to terminate/close the License Agreement by giving three month advance notice on operational ground. The License agreement will stand terminated on expiry of 3 months’ notice. The advance annual license fees deposited by the Licensee for the balance period of that year shall be refunded on pro-rata basis, without consideration of any interest. Further, the Interest free Security deposit will be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues payable to DMRC, if any. The Licensee voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation, damages or any other consideration whatsoever on any ground in this regard. The Licensee shall remove all the media, fixtures, panels, etc. from DMRC premises within 30 days of issue of such termination letter, failing which these structures, media, fixtures, panels, etc. shall become property of DMRC at ‘0’/nil value.
On Operational Ground. On operational ground, DMRC may ask the Licensee to vacate the said site/location after giving a notice of 15 (fifteen) days. Thereupon, DMRC shall provide alternative site/location to Licensee at the same Station or at the other ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Licensee shall be bound to shift its Water ATM machine/s on the alternative location, within the given time period on his own expenses. The Licensee unequivocally and voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation or any other consideration on this account on whatsoever reason. However, if Licensee is not willing to shift its Water ATM machine/s to the alternative given site/location due to any reason, then particular location/ site shall be withdrawn and license fee shall be charged for remaining sites/locations.

The License agreement will stand terminated and the Interest Free Security Deposit / Performance Security will be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues, if any. The Licensee shall remove all the media, fixtures, panels, etc. from DMRC premises within 30 days of issue of termination letter, failing which these structures, media, fixtures, panels, etc. shall become property of DMRC.

On Operational Ground. NMRC reserve the rights to terminate the License Agreement by giving Forty-Five (45) days advance notice on operational ground during the currency of the contract. The License agreement will stand terminated on expiry of Forty-Five (45) days’ notice. The advance license fees deposited by the Licensee for the balance/advance period (if any) shall be refunded on pro-rata basis, without consideration of any interest. Further, the Interest free Security deposit will also be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues payable to NMRC, if any. The Licensee voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation, damages or any other consideration whatsoever on any ground in this regard. The Licensee shall remove all the fixtures etc. from NMRC premises after availing 15 days grace period immediately after the completion of Forty-Five (45) days advance notice, failing which these structures, media, fixtures, panels, etc. shall become property of NMRC at “0”/nil value. All utility will be disconnected/discontinued immediately after Forty-Five (45) days’ notice period.

  • Professional Growth The Superintendent shall devote the Superintendent’s time, attention, and energy to the direction, administration, and supervision of the District. The Board, however, encourages the continued professional growth of the Superintendent through the Superintendent’s active attendance at and participation in appropriate professional meetings at the local, regional, state and national levels. The Board shall encourage the use of data and information sources, and shall encourage the participation of the Superintendent in pertinent education seminars and courses offered by public or private institutions or by educational associations, as well as the participation in informational meetings with those individuals whose particular skills, expertise, or backgrounds would serve to improve the capacity of the Superintendent to perform the Superintendent’s professional responsibilities for the District. In its encouragement of the Superintendent to grow professionally, the Board shall permit a reasonable amount of release time for the Superintendent as the Superintendent and the Board deem appropriate, to attend such seminars, courses or meetings. The District does hereby agree to provide in the District’s budget during the term of this Contract for the benefit of the Superintendent, a professional development budget per contract year to be used for registration, travel, meals, lodging, and other related expenses. The District shall pay the Superintendent’s membership dues to the American Association of School Administrators, the Texas Association of School Administrators, and the Texas Association of Suburban/Mid-Urban Schools, as well as other memberships necessary to maintain and improve the Superintendent’s professional skills.

  • Additional G-Cloud services 30.1 The Buyer may require the Supplier to provide Additional Services. The Buyer doesn’t have to buy any Additional Services from the Supplier and can buy services that are the same as or similar to the Additional Services from any third party. 30.2 If reasonably requested to do so by the Buyer in the Order Form, the Supplier must provide and monitor performance of the Additional Services using an Implementation Plan.

  • Co-operation Each Party acknowledges that this ESA must be approved by the Department and agree that they shall use Commercially Reasonable efforts to cooperate in seeking to secure such approval.
