Common use of On or After the Par Call Date Clause in Contracts

On or After the Par Call Date. The Notes of each series will be redeemable, either in whole or from time to time in part, at the option of the Issuer, on or after the applicable Par Call Date, upon not less than 30 days and not more than 60 days prior notice transmitted to the Holders of the Notes to be redeemed, at a Redemption Price equal to 100 percent of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed, plus, in each case, accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount being redeemed to the applicable Redemption Date.

On or After the Par Call Date. The Notes of each series will be are redeemable, either in whole at any time or in part from time to time in parttime, at the option of the IssuerCompany, on or after the applicable Par Call Date, upon not less than 30 days and not more than 60 days prior notice transmitted to the Holders of the Notes to be redeemed, at a Redemption Price equal to 100 percent 100% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemedto be redeemed on that Redemption Date, plus, in each case, accrued and unpaid interest on to, but excluding, the principal amount being redeemed to the applicable Redemption Date.
