On-site Attendance. 1. In the event that a Contractor engineer is required to visit an NCC-GW site during warranty/maintenance then a mutually agreeable time notification period shall be agreed. 2. On-site attendance shall be required in cases of emergency and when the site operator’s staff has not been able to resolve the problem using the Contractor supplied procedures. 3. Inmarsat and the Contractor shall agree the necessity and timing of an on-site attendance on a case-by-case basis.
On-site Attendance. In the event that a Contractor engineer is required to visit a BGAN site during warranty/maintenance then a time notification period shall be mutually agreed.
On-site Attendance. Unless otherwise provided in the Order Form, the following terms apply to on-site attendance: i) on-site attendance shall be billed at the Man Day Rate and shall be undertaken subject to available Man Days; ii) Expenses associated with on-site attendance shall be billed in addition at cost, to include travel, accommodation (where an overnight stay is necessary) and subsistence; iii) time spent on-site in the provision of the Support Services outside the Service Hours shall be charged at the Overtime Rate; iv) travel time is chargeable, provided that travel time shall be drawn down at the Man Day Rate and not the Overtime Rate irrespective as to the time that such travel is undertaken.

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Conference Attendance The Federation will be entitled to five (5) person days per year release time for designated Federation representatives to attend conferences. All conference expenses will be the responsibility of the Federation, unless funding is requested and approved through regular District processes for conference attendance.

  • Attendance at Meetings Any employee required to attend Occupational Health and Safety Committee and/or Board of Management meetings in the capacity of employee representative shall, if such meetings are held outside the ordinary hours of work, be entitled to receive ordinary pay per hour for the actual time spent in attendance at such meetings. In lieu of receiving payment, employees may, with the agreement of the employer, be permitted to be free from duty for a period of time equivalent to the period spent in attendance at such meetings. Such time spent shall not be viewed as overtime for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;
