Common use of On Transfer Clause in Contracts

On Transfer. An Employee who has completed his probationary period and who, by way of his request, is promoted or transferred to another position and within three (3) months if their classification is Grade Level or lower or six (6) months if their classification is Grade Level or greater, is found to be unsuitable, be placed in another position for which he possesses the necessary qualifications provided such a position is available. In the event that such a position is not available, the Employee's service with the University shall be terminated and upon termination, he shall be granted:
