Common use of On Transfer Clause in Contracts

On Transfer. A Participant will cease to participate in the Plan in respect of all or so many of the Units of the Participant as may be transferred to a third party on registration of such transfer in the register of Unit Holders kept by the Manager in accordance with the Trust Deed.
