Once Permanent Number Sample Clauses
The "Once Permanent Number" clause establishes that once a specific identification number (such as a serial number, account number, or registration number) is assigned to an item, entity, or agreement, it remains unchanged for the duration of its existence or the contract. In practice, this means that even if there are updates, modifications, or transfers related to the subject, the original number continues to be used for all references and records. This clause ensures consistency and traceability, preventing confusion or errors that could arise from changing identification numbers over time.
