One Payment Sample Clauses

The one-payment clause establishes that all obligations or amounts due under an agreement are to be settled through a single, consolidated payment rather than multiple installments. In practice, this means that the paying party must remit the full amount owed at once, typically by a specified deadline, and cannot divide the payment into smaller parts over time. This clause simplifies the payment process, reduces administrative burden, and minimizes the risk of late or missed payments by ensuring that all financial obligations are fulfilled in a single transaction.
