The parties believe that by committing to open and timely communication when questions arise or issues arise and by working cooperatively to solve problems, we can significantly enhance the quality of work life for nursing staff at OHMC. In the event the Recognition, Retention and Recruitment Committee is referring a significant number of topics to the Conference Committee for review, or the Conference Committee is expressing concern about a significant number of topics being discussed at the UBSC level, then the parties agree to a special meeting to discuss strategies and whether additional education may be necessary.
