Common use of Ongoing Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Responsibilities. Supplier may, to the extent permitted by any Assigned Agreement, renew, modify, terminate or cancel, or request or grant any consents or waivers under, any such Assigned Agreement. Supplier shall have financial and administrative responsibility with respect to the Assigned Agreements, including responsibility for performance of all obligations under the Assigned Agreements.
