Online Banking Service Limitations. The following limitations on Online Banking transactions may apply: 1. You may make funds transfers to other accounts of yours as often as you like. Your ability to transfer funds between certain accounts is limited as stated in your deposit agreement. Pre-authorized electronic funds transfers, online ▇▇▇▇ payment, and ▇▇▇▇ payments from a Savings Account, Secondary Savings Account, or Money Market account will be limited to a total of six (6) in any one calendar month. Each funds transfer or payment through Online Banking or Mobile Banking from your Savings Account, Secondary Savings Account, or Money Market account is counted as one of the six limited transfers you are permitted each month. You may transfer or withdraw up to the available balance in your account or up to the available credit limit on a line of credit at the time of the transfer, except as limited under this Agreement or your deposit or loan agreements. 2. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that would draw upon insufficient or unavailable funds, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. 3. The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for ATM transactions and our Funds Availability Policy. 4. We may not immediately receive Secure Message communications that you send and we will not take action based on secure message requests until we actually receive your message and have a reasonable opportunity to act. If you need to contact us immediately regarding an unauthorized transaction or stop payment request, you may call us at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ during regular business hours or 800-445-4483 during or after regular business hours.
