Common use of Only Party A, i Clause in Contracts

Only Party A, i. e. the Pledgee, has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement, and shall amend or supplement this Agreement in writing. Any amendment to or supplemental agreement(s) of this Agreement duly signed by the Pledgee’s legal representative or authorized signatory constitute a part of this Agreement, and have the same legal force as this Agreement.
