ONSITE Sample Clauses

The ONSITE clause establishes requirements or conditions for activities, services, or personnel that must be performed or present at a specific physical location, typically the client's premises or a designated site. In practice, this clause may specify which tasks must be completed onsite, outline access protocols, or set expectations for the conduct of onsite staff. Its core function is to ensure clarity regarding which obligations are to be fulfilled at the designated location, thereby reducing misunderstandings and managing logistical or security concerns.
