Consistent with its right to determine internal security practices: 1. Where conditions warrant, the Employer will provide equipped security guards at SSA facilities. 2. SSA will equip office areas with appropriate security devices, to ensure, to the maximum extent possible, employee safety. G. All telephones in offices will be labeled with appropriate emergency numbers. H.
