Open Access Publication. The Publisher will publish the Article in the Journal as an open-access article under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. The Article will be freely accessible online at no cost to readers from the publication date.
Open Access Publication. 1. This Licence entitles Eligible Corresponding Authors from the Institution to publish articles under an Open Access licence without further fees, where such articles are Accepted For Publication during the Licence Period. 2. It is the responsibility of the Institution to inform faculty and students of the terms of this Licence. 3. Articles will be published under an Open Access licence when: • Eligible Corresponding Authors are identified prior to publication on the basis of their institutional email domain, or institutional affiliation as listed in the file submitted for peer review; and • Eligible Corresponding Authors are affiliated with the Institution on the date of acceptance for publication; and • Eligible Corresponding Authors sign the appropriate Creative Commons license; and • Eligible Corresponding Authors do not opt-out of publishing under an Open Access licence. 4. It is the responsibility of Eligible Corresponding Authors to provide the correct information in respect of their Institution. 5. Should an article from an Eligible Corresponding Author be identified after publication, a. Where the article is not Open Access, the Eligible Corresponding Author will be asked to sign the relevant Creative Commons licence and the article will be made retrospectively Open Access; b. Where the article is Open Access and a fee has been paid, the fee will be refunded.
Open Access Publication. Publications arising from funded research must be immediately openly accessible under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) or equivalent license and must be discoverable and accessible online.2 The financial costs of open access publication may be included in proposed project budgets and will be subject to review and approval.

Open Access Publication. READ AND PUBLISH OFFER 10.1 This Licence entitles an unlimited number ofVersion of Record’ articles from Eligible Corresponding Authors affiliated to the Licensee’s institution, as listed in Schedule 2 of this licence, to be published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence with the author retaining copyright. without further fees, in any journal listed in Schedule 1 of this licence, where such articles are accepted for Publication during the Licence Period. The Fee is fixed for each year of the Licence, regardless of published output. 10.2 It is the responsibility of the Licensee’s institution to inform faculty and students of the terms of this Licence. 10.3 Articles will be published under an Open Access licence when: 10.3.1 Eligible Corresponding Authors select Open Access publication in the online manuscript submission form. 10.3.2 Eligible Corresponding Authors are identified prior to publication on the basis of their Institutional email domain, as listed in the file submitted for peer review, in addition to also being listed in schedule 2 of this Licence. 10.3.3 Eligible Corresponding Authors are affiliated with the Licensee’s Institution on the date of acceptance for publication. 10.3.4 Eligible Corresponding Authors sign the CC-BY Creative Commons license. 10.4 It is the responsibility of Eligible Corresponding Authors to provide the correct information in respect of their Institution. 10.5 In the unlikely event that an article meets all the criteria in Clause 10.3 but is erroneously published on a non-open access basis, charged an APC or any other publishing charge, the Publisher shall correct the situation by converting the article to Open Access and/or refunding any charge incurred. 10.6 All article types will be accepted for Open Access publication under this agreement. 10.7 Authors of published articles which did not meet the conditions of 10.3 may request the conversion of an article published on a subscription basis to ‘gold’ open access. The Publisher’s standard terms and conditions at the time of the request shall be applied.
Open Access Publication. In accordance with article 29 of the ECGA, The Doing It Together Science project will follow the EC’s Open Access policy which is based on the wish to provide easy and free access to research results, especially peer-reviewed articles in order to increase their visibility and use. All research results (reports and journal articles or conference contributions) will therefore be made available on the Doing It Together Science website and if possible on adequate open access repositories that will be discussed among the partners of the Consortium.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
