Open Data. The Collaborative Board shall examine and settle the conditions under which open access to raw data Results shall be provided with such conditions having to match the needs and specificities of the Project. Nevertheless, the Participants shall endeavour to strike a balance between open access of raw data for international projects and the need for restrictions on access to these Results.
