Open Enrollment Clause Samples

The Open Enrollment clause establishes a specific period during which eligible individuals can enroll in or make changes to their benefits plans, such as health insurance. Typically, this window occurs annually and allows employees to select new coverage, add dependents, or modify existing plans without needing a qualifying life event. Its core practical function is to provide a structured and predictable timeframe for benefits administration, ensuring both employers and employees can efficiently manage and update coverage options.
