Open Records. Upon written request from UTW, the Board shall provide UTW public infor- mation that is required to be disclosed under the Kansas Open Records Act. Such information shall be furnished or made available within a reasonable time only in the form available. UTW shall not use such public information obtained from the Board for commercial purposes.
