Open Source and Third-Party Software. The Software may incorporate third-party open source software (“OSS”), as listed in the Documentation or provided by Collibra upon request. Customer’s internal use of the unmodified Software in the form provided and as authorized in this Agreement will not require Customer to comply with the terms of OSS licenses.
