Common use of Open source Clause in Contracts

Open source. Software distributed to Customer (if any) may include third party open source software (“Open Source”) as listed in the Documentation or by Provider upon request. If Customer elects to use the Open Source on a stand-alone basis, that use is subject to the applicable Open Source license and not this Agreement.
