Common use of Open source Clause in Contracts

Open source. The Software may incorporate third-party open source software (“OSS”), as listed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/dss/latest/thirdparty.html. To the extent required by the OSS license, that license will apply to the OSS on a stand-alone basis instead of this Agreement.
