Common use of Open Space and Community Access Clause in Contracts

Open Space and Community Access. The Development shall maintain the originally-proposed 16 acres of open space despite a reduction in number of units to 790 units. Development open space shall include an approximately half-acre park to be located in the North Plan Area, which will be accessible to all Alhambra residents under hours and access conditions implemented in conjunction with the City’s Community Development Department. The Development shall also contain a community room available to all Alhambra residents through a reservation system developed in conjunction with the City’s Department of Community Development.
