Common use of Opening Accounts Clause in Contracts

Opening Accounts. You must complete paperwork we provide in order to open each deposit account. We may ask third parties about you before we open your account. We may decline to open an account for any lawful reason. When you open a deposit account with us, you give us information about yourself and confirm that it is correct. We enter the information into our records. We may rely on that information until you notify us of a change in compliance with the procedure under Section 3.3 of this Agreement and we have had a reasonable time to act on the new information. We may rely on the most current information maintained in our records. Any information we collect about you will be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which can be found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/privacy/. Customer’s use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of and consent to the terms of the Privacy Notice.
