Common use of Opening Date Clause in Contracts

Opening Date. Within five (5) business days after the execution of this Agreement by both Buyer and Seller, Seller will deliver a fully executed copy of this Agreement to Escrow Agent. The date that this Agreement is delivered to Escrow Agent is referred to in this Agreement as the “Opening Date.” Escrow Agent shall notify Buyer and Seller in writing of the Opening Date.
