Common use of Opening of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Opening of Escrow. Landlord shall sign the three (3) counterparts of the Escrow Agreement and return one (1) fully executed counterpart to each of Tenant and the Escrow Agent within five (5) Business Days of Landlord’s receipt of the Option Exercise Notice. Escrow Agent’s receipt of a fully executed counterpart of the Escrow Agreement shall effect the opening of escrow for Tenant’s purchase of the Fee Estate.
