Common use of Opening of Technical Bid Clause in Contracts

Opening of Technical Bid. The Bid shall be opened in the presence of Bidders‟ representatives who choose to attend the Bid opening sessions on the specified date, time and address. The Bidders‟ representatives who are present shall sign a register evidencing their attendance. In the event of the specified date of Bid opening being declared a holiday for UPLC, the Bids shall be opened at the same time and location
