Common use of Opening Paragraph Clause in Contracts

Opening Paragraph. This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of January, 2017 by and between the City of Brooklyn Park, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”) and LEAST Services/Counseling LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Contractor”) for services to be provided under the terms of this Agreement.
