Operating and Maintenance Records. HOPEWELL shall maintain the operating and maintenance records for each generating unit at HOPEWELL's Power Station for a period of at least five (5) years with records of: real and reactive power production, changes in operating status, outages, protective apparatus operations and any unusual conditions found during inspections. Changes in the setting of protective apparatus shall also be logged. In addition, HOPEWELL shall maintain records applicable to the Power Station, including the electrical characteristics of the generator and settings or adjustment of the generator control equipment and protective devices. Such information shall be made available to NAPOCOR upon request.
