Common use of Operating Condition Clause in Contracts

Operating Condition. At the expiration of the Lease Term, the Aircraft shall be in good operating condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and all modifications and maintenance of the Aircraft after the Commencement Time shall have been performed in such a manner as to demonstrate compliance with the obligations of Lessee under the maintenance provisions of the Lease.
