Operating Mode. The City shall supply fuel from City-owned fueling facilities for City-owned transit vehicles. Contractor is required to provide the necessary drivers, supervisory/management services, spare vehicles and fuel for the spare vehicles, and all other goods and services needed to provide the services described within the associated Scope of Services unless expressly stated that such goods and services will be provided by the City.
Operating Mode. The Participant in the system that the Company operates hereafter undertakes and agrees to adhere to: a) The operating mode established by it, which is contained and described in Appendix No. 2 of this instrument; b) The standards and procedures manual, contained and described in Appendix No. 3 of this instrument. These percentage values may be modified by the Company’s Board of Directors. The Participant agrees to cooperate in maintaining quality and allowing a reasonable inspection of its operations, if the volume of problems and errors significantly affects the users of other Participants.
Operating Mode. Essentially two types of operating modes can be helpful to use BADGER:
Operating Mode. 1. When the AHU is in the Occupied Mode, the Supply Fan shall operate continuously. Any associated Relief Fan shall also operate. The Supply Fan VFD shall modulate to maintain the Duct Static Pressure. The Relief Fan VFD shall modulate to maintain space static pressure. The Cooling Valves, Heating Valves, and Economizer Dampers shall modulate in sequence to maintain Discharge Air Temperature of 55°F (adj.).

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs.
