Common use of Operating Plan Requirements Clause in Contracts

Operating Plan Requirements. Unless otherwise provided for, PURCHASER shall be responsible for performing based on existing road and unit layout and design. Purchaser must do so in strict compliance with applicable Laws, the FLUP and the approved Timber Sale Operating Plan. The PURCHASER must prepare and submit to the STATE on or before the execution of this contract, a written Timber Sale Operating Plan meeting the requirements of Exhibit C and providing for the orderly and progressive development of all operations necessary to complete this contract. The Timber Sale Operating Plan is ineffective until it is APPROVED by the STATE, which must occur prior to the start of operations. Operating without a representative on site and an approved and logging plan is grounds for suspension. This plan must be updated annually and whenever there is a change in the PURCHASER’S operation.
