Common use of Operating Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Operating Reserve Account. To the extent funds of the Partnership are sufficient therefor, the Managing Partner shall maintain an adequate reserve for operating expenses, in such amount as provided in the Budget or if not so provided, as deemed necessary by the Managing Partner for the proper conduct of the business of the Partnership and the operation of the Business.
