Common use of Operating Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Operating Rules and Regulations. A copy of Landlord's Operating Rules and Regulations for the Building in which the Premises are situate is attached hereto and is incorporated herein. The Landlord reserves the absolute right to reasonably amend such Operating Rules and Regulations at any time during the term of this Lease, upon fifteen (15) days prior notice to Tenant.
