Operation and Maintenance Materials and Certificates. Prior to the final completion of the Project, the Contractor shall compile manufacturer’s operations and maintenance manuals, warranties and guarantees, and certificates, and index and bind such documents in an organized manner. The information shall be submitted to the Designer for review and subsequently to the CM for final review and approval. This information shall then be provided to the Owner.
