Common use of OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS Clause in Contracts

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS. Landlord agrees to cause to be operated and maintained during the term of this Lease all common areas within the Shopping Center. The manner in which such areas and facilities shall be operated and maintained, and the expenditures therefor, shall be at the sole discretion of Landlord and the use of such areas and facilities shall be subject to such regulations as Landlord shall make from time to time.

Landlord agrees to cause to be operated and maintained during the term of this Lease all certain common areas within servicing the Shopping Centerbuilding and other buildings of Landlord. The manner in which such areas and facilities shall be operated and maintained, and the expenditures therefor, shall be at the sole discretion of Landlord and the use of such areas and facilities shall be subject to such reasonable regulations as Landlord shall make from time to time.
