Common use of Operation and Maintenance Services Clause in Contracts

Operation and Maintenance Services. The Authority shall have the right to engage Contractor to perform operation and maintenance services for the System (the "O&M Services") for O&M Term. The Authority shall engage Contractor to perform O&M Services by delivering a written notice to the Contractor exercising the Authority's option to engage the Contractor for such O&M Services. In the event the Authority so engages the Contractor to perform O&M Services, the Contractor shall perform such Services in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, the Service Levels, and the Technical Specification.
