Operation by the Developer. During the term of this Agreement, beginning on the Commercial Operations Date, Developer shall keep Utility’s designated control center, from which Utility will interface with the Project for operational purposes, informed as to the capacity of electrical energy available at the Project and shall immediately advise the designated control center of any change in this capacity.
