Operation By Third Parties. All or portions of the Mortgaged Property may be comprised of interests in the Hydrocarbon Property which may be operated by a party or parties other than Borrower or its Affiliates, and with respect to all or any such interests and properties which may be operated by parties other than Borrower or its Affiliates, Borrower's covenants as expressed in this ARTICLE III are modified as follows: to the extent Borrower has Knowledge of noncompliance, Borrower shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain compliance with such covenants by the working interest owners or the operator or operators of such leases or properties (to the extent required by the operating or other agreements to which they are subject).
