Common use of Operation By Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Operation By Third Parties. All or portions of the Mortgaged Property may be comprised of interests in the Hydrocarbon Property which are other than working interests or which may be operated by a party or parties other than Grantor and with respect to all or any such interests and properties as may be comprised of interests other than working interests or which may be operated by parties other than Grantor, Grantor shall further use its best efforts to obtain compliance with all covenants of Grantor herein by the working interest owners or the operator or operators of such leases or properties, to the extent that it has the ability to cause the operator or operators to do so.
