Operation of AFS Services. Customer shall ensure that each AFS Query shall (a) be from a list of Valid IP Addresses approved by Google for the AFS Services; (b) contain a Client ID approved by Google for the AFS Services; (c) include Subscriber IP address and user agent information; and (d) request no fewer than the minimum number of AFS Ads per AFS Results Page stated in the Cover Page(s) of this Rider. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query, Google shall transmit an AFS Results Set, to the extent available, via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. Customer shall then display, in each instance, the entire AFS Results Set that corresponds to such AFS Query on the applicable AFS Site in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, without editing, filtering, reordering, truncating, adding content to or otherwise modifying such AFS Results Set.
Operation of AFS Services. Each IAC Site Affiliate shall ensure that each AFS Query from its Sites will [***] request no fewer than the minimum number of AFS Ads per AFS Results Page stated in the Cover Page(s) of this Agreement. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query, Google shall transmit an AFS Results Set with the number of AFS Ads requested by an IAC Site Affiliate, to the extent available, via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. The IAC Site Affiliates shall then display, in each instance, the entire AFS Results Set that corresponds to such AFS Query on the applicable AFS Site [***] in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, without editing, filtering, reordering, truncating, adding content to or otherwise modifying such AFS Results Set, provided that [***].
Operation of AFS Services. Yahoo! will ensure that each AFS Query will: (a) be from a range of Valid IP Addresses approved by Google for the AFS Services; (b) contain a Client ID for the AFS Services approved by Google; (c) [*]; and (d) request no fewer than [*] AFS Ads. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query as described above, Google will transmit an AFS Results Set, if available, via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. Google will include in each AFS Results Set, either (x) the number of AFS Ads requested by Yahoo! to the extent available (which AFS Ads will be related to the AFS Query) or (y) if no such AFS Ads are available, a response that indicates that no AFS Ads are available.
Operation of AFS Services. Customer will ensure that each AFS Query will [*]. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query, Google will transmit an AFS Results Set, [*], via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. The AFS Results Set will include [*]. The AFS Results will be transmitted to Customer [*]. Further, Google shall provide Customer with AFS Results from [*]. Customer shall then display, in each instance, the [*] AFS Results Set that corresponds to such AFS Query on the applicable AFS Site in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, without [*].

Related to Operation of AFS Services

  • Location of Services The Purchaser’s data shall remain within the continental United States at all times and on computing and data storage devices residing therein. Contractor’s services shall be subject to the United States legal jurisdiction.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Cessation of services The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.

  • Delegation of Services The Administrator may, at its expense, delegate to one or more entities some or all of the services for the Fund for which the Administrator is responsible under this Subcontract. The Administrator will be responsible for the compensation, if any, of any such entities for such services to the Fund, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties or with the Fund. Notwithstanding any delegation pursuant to this paragraph, the Administrator will continue to have responsibility and liability for all such services provided to the Fund under this Subcontract.

  • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.
