Common use of Operation of Automatic Irrigation Controllers Clause in Contracts

Operation of Automatic Irrigation Controllers. Where the operation of automatic irrigation controllers is required as part of this Contract the Contractor shall: a. Not duplicate any coded City key furnished by the City of San Diego. b. Surrender all keys furnished by the City, promptly at the end of the Contract Term, or at any time deemed necessary by the Technical Representative to prevent serious loss to the City of San Diego. c. Protect the security of the City’s property by keeping controller cabinet and building doors locked at all times. d. Refrain from using premises behind locked doors for storage of materials, supplies, or tools except as approved by the Technical Representative.
