Common use of OPERATION OF CHARGEPOINT Clause in Contracts

OPERATION OF CHARGEPOINT. CPUK agrees to provide and shall be solely responsible for: (i) provisioning and operating, maintaining, administering and supporting the network connected to the electric vehicle charging stations and the vehicle charging applications the network delivers, that is operated and maintained by CPUK and its affiliates (the “ChargePoint Network”); (ii) provisioning and operating, maintaining, administering and supporting the applications offered on the ChargePoint Services; and (iii) operating the ChargePoint Network in compliance with all applicable laws. CPUK will protect the confidentiality and security of all personally identifiable information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and the CPUK Privacy Policy.

CPUK will protect the confidentiality and security of all personally identifiable information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and the CPUK Privacy Policy.
