Common use of Operation of Premises Clause in Contracts

Operation of Premises. The Seller shall operate the Premises from the date hereof through and including the Final Closing in a manner consistent with that in which the Seller operates the Premises as of the date hereof and shall maintain or cause to be maintained all existing insurance carried by the Seller relating to the Premises. During the pendency of this Contract, the Seller may enter into new leases or agreements relative to the Premises and/or amend, modify or extend existing leases or agreements.
