Operation of Program. This Program is in no way meant to interfere with the private life of the employee.

Operation of Program. A. It is the intent of this Agreement that ASUN students complete all courses required for the associate degree at ASUN before entering into the bachelor’s program at UAFS.
B. Students must be officially admitted to UAFS meeting all admission requirements, including submission of official transcripts, to enroll in courses offered by UAFS.
C. Once admitted to UAFS, students will be advised throughout their degree program by a UAFS advisor.
D. Registration for courses will be processed through the UAFS Web-registration system or with a UAFS advisor. Students may pay tuition and fees online by electronic check or credit card through My.UAFS. Students may also contact the UAFS Cashier’s Office at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to pay by credit card.
E. All student withdrawals and course additions will be processed through the UAFS Records Office and will adhere to UAFS policies. The UAFS Business Office will issue applicable refunds per UAFS policy.
F. The UAFS Registrar will issue official transcripts for all UAFS courses.
G. All books and course supplies will be listed in UAFS course syllabi. Students may obtain books and supplies through the UAFS bookstore or through alternative sources.
▇. ▇▇▇▇ will make library resources, computer resources, and proctoring services available to students enrolled in UAFS degree programs through this Agreement.
▇. ▇▇▇▇ and ASUN will work together to provide program information.
Operation of Program. (i) Sears shall control and be responsible in all respects for the operation and administration of the SYWR Program, including, but not limited to, [***]. Sears hereby represents and warrants that it has full right and authority, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, to offer the SYWR Program and make it available to Purchaser and Sears Credit Card Cardholders as contemplated hereunder.
(ii) (A) Sears may amend or modify the SYWR Program at any time at its discretion; [***].
Operation of Program. Operation of the DART program is the exclusive responsibility of Lessee. Lessee shall be responsible for receiving and responding to all communications with person concerning any aspect of the program, and otherwise shall be responsible for the daily administration, supervision and operation of the program. Lessee shall employ and assign appropriate and sufficient staff to supervise its staff and students conducting or participating in the DART program and shall endeavor to protect against and prevent damage to the Lessor’s property, buildings and grounds of injury to persons while on the premises. All equipment, supplies, foodstuffs and beverages used in the operation and conduct of the DART program shall be provided by Lessee. Lessee’s personnel shall be obligated to comply with all rules, regulations and policies of the Lessor as apply to the premises, Lessee shall furnish to Lessor a signed statement confirming that Lessee possess all state and federal criminal history reports, child abuse clearances, Act 168 employment history reviews and verification of tuberculosis tests as are required by law for persons having direct contact with children.
Operation of Program. During the term of this Agreement, Pateadores shall, unless prevented by conditions beyond Pateadores' control and conduct its youth club soccer programs on the Soccer Field in a diligent and business-like manner. The Soccer Field shall be used at the discretion of Pateadores for practices and games, provided the dates requested for use have been approved and calendared by City. Soccer programs may be scheduled at any time after 4:00 p.m. week days. The Soccer Field may be used all day Saturdays and shall remain open to the general public on Sundays, and the Soccer Field shall otherwise be available to the public when not in use by Pateadores. Requests for additional field use shall be submitted, in writing, to the City's Recreation Division thirty (30) days prior to the requested date of use. Such requests may be subject to approval by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission and/or City Council.
Operation of Program. The SUNRISE GATORS shall provide a youth tackle football and youth tackle football cheerleading program during the term of this Agreement.
