Operation of Software. Concessionaire shall ensure that it operates on at least 1 (one) of the computer system at the District Hospital software pertaining to state wide management information system; [HMIS, e-Mamta, SNCU software, e-Aushidhi, UDID etc.] as may be notified by the Authority from time to time. The Concessionaire shall bear all costs in connection with purchase, royalty, if any, renewal etc. of the software mentioned in this Clause 23.9.
