Operation of Software. ITA will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the Licensed Software on behalf of Galileo, including the installation of Upgrade Releases provided under the License Agreement. ITA will also monitor the Licensed Software at the Data Center. ITA will not be responsible for Galileo’s operation of Galileo’s web site or for the operation of any software or hardware which is not located at the Data Center.
