Operation of Software. ZDNet understands that the Campaign Manager may communicate certain information about the use of the Campaign Manager for delivery and redemption of ZDNet Offers back to e-centives' servers, and ZDNet consents to such communications. All data transmitted to e-centive's servers regarding ZDNet Offers shall be owned exclusively by ZDNet and e-centives shall not use any such data to any third party nor use it for any purpose other than the performance of its obligations hereunder.
