Operation of the Network. The Borrower shall operate and maintain the Network, and retain and maintain the staff sufficient to operate and maintain the Network, in accordance with the Business Plans, and otherwise comply in all material respects with, and satisfy the requirements of, all Licenses and Applicable Laws.
