Operational Assurances and Requirements. (a) Company shall pay to the City a refundable deposit of $500.00 prior to occupying leasehold. Deposit will be held to cover cleaning, repairs to leasehold and missing City-owned property should Company vacate without returning leasehold to the satisfaction of the Director.
