Common use of Operational Concerns Clause in Contracts

Operational Concerns. In addition to those matters set forth in the 2014 Negotiated Agreement, the County shall be responsible for the cost of public improvements, including highway construction and road building, Landfill operational activities, ongoing maintenance requirements and Landfill monitoring responsibilities, established to be directly related to the Landfill.
