Operational Crewing Arrangements. a) It is agreed that, where practicable, delivery voyages involving a changeover of tugs shall be performed by the one crew. b) In the case of emergencies, Co-ordinators and Tug Masters, in consultation with crew members, shall endeavour to arrange response as quickly as possible. To this end, employees residing closest to the Port of departure may be utilised. c) Where practicable, and following consultation and agreement between Management and crews, and where may be necessary due to the unusual nature of the proposed project, Marine Project work may be performed by permanent company employees. Should the utilisation of company permanents be impractical, suitably certificated Casual Employees will be engaged, and will be paid the rate of pay applicable to the work being performed.
